Coastal Waters from San Mateo Point to the Mexican Border and out to 10 NM

Areas of dense fog with visibilities 1 NM or less will continue over the inner coastal waters this morning. Conditions will begin to improve after 10 AM. Mariners should be prepared for abrupt changes in visibility. Reduce speeds and be on the lookout for exposed rocks and other vessels, including large ships in shipping lanes. Use radar or GPS navigation if available, and consider remaining in harbor if such equipment is unavailable.
