This combined with northwest winds gusting to 40 mph are resulting in periods of sharply reduced visibility to one quarter mile or less. Use caution if traveling and be prepared for suddenly changing conditions. Allow extra time to reach your destination safely. Reduce speed and keep a safe following distance when driving in poor conditions. Additional snow showers may persist through this evening.
