ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:30 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 28.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 28.2 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday morning. - Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
