Strongest of those winds expected Monday night. WHERE...Barnstable MA, Dukes MA, and Nantucket MA Counties. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM EDT this evening. For the High Wind Watch, from Monday afternoon through late Monday night. IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Power outages are possible.
