East 20-28 m/s and windgusts locally over 40 m/s. Snow or sleet and blowing snow is also expected with poor visibility and deteriorating road conditions, but widely rain by evening. Traveling is not advised. Damages due to wind can also occur and people are advised to secure their neighbourhood.
