WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 17 possible. WHERE...Chickasaw, Itawamba, Lee MS, and Monroe Counties. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 AM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Frost and freeze conditions could kill crops, other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
