WHERE...The nearshore waters of Lake Erie from Ripley to Buffalo. WHEN...For the Small Craft Advisory, until noon EDT today. For the Gale Warning, from noon today to 8 AM EDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous waves which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
