WHERE...Portions of north central and northwest Louisiana and east and northeast Texas. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, until 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Warning, from midnight Monday Night to 9 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
