WHEN...For the Winter Storm Warning, until 1 PM CDT this afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Saturday night through Monday evening. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Blowing snow will significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday commutes.
