WHERE...All of central Iowa. WHEN...Until 7 AM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Travel will be very difficult. Plan on slippery road conditions. Widespread blowing snow could significantly reduce visibility. The hazardous conditions could impact the Monday morning commute. Strong winds could cause tree damage. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Travel should be restricted to emergencies only.
