WHERE...Inner waters from Point Mugu to San Mateo Pt. CA including Santa Catalina and Anacapa Islands. WHEN...From 1 AM to 10 AM PST Thursday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will create dangerous sea conditions which could capsize or damage small and large vessels. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small Craft Advisory level winds will develop during the late evening hours nearshore from Malibu to Palo Verdes. These winds will spread southward and increase to GALE Force after midnight. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions. Remain in port, seek safe harbor, alter course, and/or secure the vessel for severe conditions.
