TIMING...From 10 PM Sunday to 7 PM Monday evening WINDS...North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph. RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 10 percent. TEMPERATURES...Up to 66. IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Red Flag Warning means that critical fire weather conditions are either occurring now...or will shortly. A combination of strong winds...low relative humidity...and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire behavior. Residents are urged to exercise care with respect to all outdoor activities that could inadvertently cause wildfires. WHAT...For the Gale Warning, north winds 25 to 35 kt with gusts up to 45 kt, very rough bay waters, and seas 10 to 15 ft expected. For the Small Craft Advisory, north winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 35 kt and seas 5 to 10 ft expected. WHERE...Portions of Gulf of America. WHEN...For the Gale Warning, from 10 PM this evening to 1 PM CDT Monday. For the Small Craft Advisory, from 1 PM Monday to 1 AM CDT Tuesday. IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.
