WHAT...For the Wind Advisory, southerly winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 45 mph are expected Sunday. Wind will become northwesterly and maintain the same intensity Sunday night and Monday. For the Freeze Watch, sub-freezing temperatures as low as 23 possible. WHERE...Portions of southeast Arkansas, northeast Louisiana, and northwestern portions of central Mississippi. WHEN...For the Wind Advisory, from 10 AM this morning to 7 PM CDT Monday. For the Freeze Watch, from Monday evening through Tuesday morning. IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects.
