IMPACTS...Above 24.5 feet, flooding of a few residential areas in Kelso begins. Also expect widespread flooding of pasture land and low lying roads. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:43 AM PDT Saturday the stage was 23.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 18.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 1:43 AM PDT Saturday was 23.7 feet. - Forecast...The river will oscillate above flood stage with a maximum value of 23.2 feet early this morning.
