WHERE...A portion of Northern Lower Michigan. WHEN...From 11 PM this evening to 8 PM EDT Friday. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Friday morning and evening commutes. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Slow down and use caution while traveling.
