...SNOW WITH FREEZING RAIN POSSIBLE TODAY ACROSS PARTS OF WESTERN AND CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA, INCLUDING THE JAMES RIVER VALLEY... A line of snow with the potential for freezing rain on the back end will pass through parts of western and central North Dakota, including the James River Valley, today. A light glaze of ice accumulation is possible, with the highest chances along and west of highway 83 this morning. Be sure to allow extra time to reach your destination and check the latest road conditions before departing. Do not use cruise control when driving on icy roads and leave plenty of stopping distance ahead of you.
