Total snow accumulations 12 and 18 inches with localized higher amounts and ice accumulations around a light glaze. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph may result in blizzard conditions late Sunday into Monday. WHERE...Portage, Waushara, Wood, Calumet, Manitowoc, Winnebago, Brown, Kewaunee, Outagamie, and Waupaca Counties. WHEN...From 7 PM Saturday to 4 PM CDT Monday. IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible with potential for whiteout conditions. Gusty winds could bring down tree branches and cause power outages. The Monday morning commute will be impacted. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
