ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 5:15 AM EDT Saturday the stage was 17.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage this morning to a crest of 18.6 feet this afternoon. WHERE...A portion of northeast Ohio, including the following counties, Medina, Stark, Summit and Wayne. WHEN...Until 645 AM EDT. IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 337 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
