In August of 1994 in Oakville, Washington, it rained small rice sized blobs of translucent goo. In the following days, the rain happened five more times across a 20-square-mile area. People who came into contact with the goo fell ill, and some were even hospitalized. Although many theories exist, what was in the goo and how it came to fall from the sky still remains a mystery.
