NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) - FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY - LATE TUESDAY

A batch of thunderstorms moving in from the west Tuesday evening could create a damaging wind gust or two. These storms will be weakening as they arrive in Middle Tennessee, so areas well west of I-65 will have the best chance for downpours and isolated strong wind gusts.

The timing for strong storms is 7 p.m. - 11 p.m, Tuesday.

Nashville’s chance for severe weather is very low.
