From the Gulf to the Southeast Coast, models have been suggesting that a low pressure system could form in the first week or two of June as hurricane season kicks off. There is plenty of moisture in the region, but the kick to turn this rainfall into a storm might be too slow to show up. Meteorologist Jonathan Belles digs in.
