A tornado that raked across Houston and Henry counties in southeastern Alabama on Monday destroyed at least one home and damaged others. Henry County Sheriff Eric Blankenship told WTVY the home along Highway 15 was a total loss. In Houston County, the twister ripped apart the roof of TV station WDHN. The station was in the midst of a live report about the tornado when it hit.
