Hot weather will fuel the potential for severe storms across the Northeast and Ohio Valley this weekend. New York City, Philadelphia, Washington and Boston could hit 90 degrees Friday and/or Saturday. Severe storms could impact Saturday plans in places like Detroit, Columbus, Cleveland and Pittsburgh before moving to the Interstate 95 corridor Saturday night.
