Severe storms could fire up once again across the Plains Thursday into Thursday night. Damaging winds and large hail will be the main threats, but an isolated tornado cannot be ruled out. Hail larger than golf balls will be possible across western South Dakota, northern Nebraska, northeast Colorado and extreme southeast Montana. The severe threat spreads Friday to include more of the Midwest and Great Lakes. Watch this for your latest hour-by-hour forecast.
