Some tied-up horses at a training center in Queen Creek, Arizona, didn’t know what to make of a dust devil that whipped right into them. The horses weren’t hurt, but the woman who filmed their frenzied response said “The dust devil picked up debris, including a trash can, and caused the horses to react.”
