A severe weather outbreak will be possible through the end of the week. The overall threat shifts east to include more of the Midwest and Great Lakes on Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday’s highest threat includes Minneapolis, Madison, Green Bay and Des Moines shifting to Chicago, Milwaukee and St. Louis on Thursday.
