The severe weather outbreak continues on Thursday for parts of the Plains and Midwest. Damaging winds, large hail and strong tornadoes are all possible. Places like Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Louis, Indianapolis and Oklahoma City should all be on alert. Severe storms will also impact parts of the Northeast, including Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, New York and Washington Thursday and Friday.
