The area being watched in the Gulf by the National Hurricane Center will bring deep tropical moisture and days of flooding rain to the Gulf Coast states. Regardless of whether this system develops into a tropical depression or storm, the impacts will be the same. Expect heavy tropical downpours and heavy rain through at least Friday.
