Another round of severe weather is expected this week for the Midwest and Northeast, many of which are recovering from last week's storms. Strong tornadoes are not out of the question, on top of the main threats of large hail, damaging winds and flooding rains. Cities like Chicago, Indianapolis, Kansas City and St. Louis will see storms on Wednesday. For Thursday, the storms shift to the Northeast and could hit D.C., New York City and Philadelphia.
