A car-towing effort went comically wrong in eastern Texas after heavy rain brought major flooding to the area on Monday, June 15. A tow-truck driver attached the cable to a submerged car’s window, breaking the window and door. But the driver continues his attempt to tow away the vehicle, causing it to flip over sideways into the floodwater.
