Ongoing heavy rain, flood threat for Deep South

The remnants of Tropical Storm Arthur continue to dump rain on the South, bringing a continued threat of flash flooding. One to 2 inches of additional rain are expected, with locally higher amounts possible. Some storms may even turn severe. With the already soaked soils, just a little rain can flood a region.
