“Hail snowbanks” piled up several inches high in this Green Bay neighborhood while a river of floodwater, topped with more hail, flows down the street on Wednesday. The simultaneous flash flooding and large amounts of hail was caused by training thunderstorms that dumped up to 4 inches of rain in a short amount of time.
