Poppy is a 12-year-old Dalmatian and border collie mix that lives in Melbourne, Florida. Her owner writes, "She was adopted in California, several years ago, after being returned three times, but now has the perfect owner, my twin sister!  She is a wonderful, well-mannered dog, and wears costumes with panache. Poppy is proof that there is a 'right' owner for every pet!"
