Cows huddle as Edouard floods Texas homes

Former Tropical Storm Edouard dumped nearly 2 feet of rain on parts of southeast Texas, leaving some cows huddled on a sliver of dry land in Hardin County. Residents waded through floodwaters that took over their homes as trees crashed into rooftops and dragged down power lines. More than 30,000 customers were still without power Thursday morning.
