Tropical Storm Norbert is currently expected to track southwest of Hawaii and, while it won't make a direct pass this time, there could be some impacts for the state. While it is still far out, we are watching for the chance of rain and flooding as well as swells and high surf as Norbert moves through the area. Meanwhile, forecasters are also keeping an eye on two other areas of development in the Pacific. Nothing significant yet, but they're worth watching as the tropics remain active.
