A powerful nor'easter has submerged streets along the Jersey Shore in New Jersey, one of the hardest-hit areas as the storm batters the Northeast. More than 130,000 customers were without power, one person was killed by a falling tree in Brooklyn and travel delays have topped four hours at some airports. The storm is expected to stay parked over the region through Monday before it finally pulls away.
