Winds from a developing nor’easter ripped up sand dunes across the Outer Banks in North Carolina on Saturday, with gusts reaching over 60 mph. Visitors of Hatteras Island were ordered to evacuate, and a Coastal Flood Warning was issued through Tuesday.
