The Norte Fire in San Clemente, California, damaged at least seven structures and forced about 16,000 people to evacuate over the weekend. The 570-acre fire was 60% contained as of Sunday, but intense rainfall later this week could trigger debris flow and mudslides near the recent burn scars.
