Heavy rain fed an overflowing San Juan River in Colorado that swept the ground from beneath half of a museum, upending nearly 90 years of history. Pagosa Springs is still recovering from flooding last week, and the river crested just a foot short of where it did in 1911 when a flood wiped out much of the town. More than 1,000 homes are under mandatory evacuation orders.
