But if you’ve been waiting for a good enough deal to justify the cost, and want to get a little more bang for your buck, the Aroeve MK04 (most popular) and MK07 (best deal) are now on sale and worth a look. Designed for medium to large rooms, according to the company, and fitted with a HEPA filter, you should be able to cover a decent amount of square footage for less than $100 with both of these options.

A model that has recently been Energy Star Certified, the Aroeve MK07 air purifier is a simple, but functional, air cleaner currently on sale for an amazingly affordable price. Similar competitive brands could easily cost you $140+, and offer a few more bells and whistles for the upgrade. With 4.6-stars and a true HEPA filter, this could be a solid air purifier option on a budget.

This unit has a good CADR rating for pollen (194 CFM), and the company claims it can clean up to 1,500 square feet in an hour. As a refresher, CADR stands for “clean air delivery rate” and this rating measures how much air (the volume of air) a purifier can filter over a given amount of time.

During our research in our Best Air Purifiers For Allergies, however, we suggest that to reach this square footage should likely take more than an hour, and it would be more efficient if placed in a medium-sized room instead.

There is a UV light option in the Aroeve air purifiers that claims to work as an “additional defense layer” to remove more particles from the air. It comes with an air quality indicator and sensor to control the fan speed in auto mode. The reviews seem split on this functionality.

The Aroeve MK01 air purifier for small rooms has been so popular, but don’t sleep on the larger Aroeve MK04. With 4.6-stars and over 11,000 company ratings on Amazon, this powerful little air purifier is currently marked down under $80. If you don’t need quite as much square footage power, this might be a better choice for you, and according to the ratings, it’s a very popular option.

This Aroeve unit also contains a UV light to “further purify the air” according to the company, though the function is turned off by default. Reviews remain mixed on this functionality as well.

What The Reviewers Say

Reviewers of the Aroeve MK07 call it a “great air cleaner”, with multiple reviewers noting it removes smells, pet fur, dust and other debris. Another said, “I can breathe easily again!” They went on to note that the flat HEPA filters seem to take up less space, and are much more affordable than the cylinder replacement filters.

One reviewer noted the auto mode kicked into gear as soon as they blew out some candles that had been burning. Multiple reviewers mentioned it’s quiet and performs well, saying they saw noticeably cleaner air.

Reviews are even more upbeat for the AROEVE MK04 air purifier, with one calling it a “quiet and effective air purifier for any room.” Another called it “small but mighty” and said they prefer this air purifier out of all the other options they’ve purchased in the past.

One more said after it was suggested to them by a friend, they were “shocked at how well it works”, noting it is quiet and keeps the air fresh from cooking smells.

For complaints, some felt the square footage claim was not accurate, and that it is designed for smaller rooms than stated. Others said it wasn’t as quiet as advertised, and that the light is distracting and too bright. A few mentioned the air quality sensors could use some improvement, and some questioned the longevity – one mentioned it didn’t last them beyond a year and a half.
