Favorite Core Weather Memory

Growing up in Savannah, Georgia, we had our fair share of hurricane warnings, intense thunderstorms and lightning that lit up the sky. Summers were always hot and humid, with muggy nights and thick air. But the weather that really sticks in my memory is the rare occasion when it would snow. Schools would close and kids would run outside, bundled up in mismatched layers. But as much as I loved those rare snow days, autumn weather was always my favorite. I still love opening all the windows in my house, letting the crisp breeze flow through. It’s a simple joy, but for me, fall weather is a reminder of how a perfectly cool breeze can relax both the body and the mind.
