WHERE...Long Island Sound west of Port Jefferson and New Haven, and New York Harbor. WHEN...From 9 AM this morning to 8 PM EDT Wednesday. IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft. ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Small craft conditions may wane some late tonight and early Wednesday morning, before resuming during the day on Wednesday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
