Here’s Your February To April Outlook

Winter is in full force around the country as we’ve officially hit the halfway point of meteorological winter.

We are still in a weak La Niña, which typically means winters are warmer than average across the southern tier and cooler than average across the northern tier.

However, we are expected to transition to ENSO-neutral soon, which means this pattern may not hold up for the rest of winter.
