Another atmospheric river will dump more heavy rain across the Pacific Northwest Wednesday. Keep in mind that it won’t take much rain for areas to flood since the ground is so saturated. Wind gusts of 60 mph or higher will be possible, making travel difficult and potentially leading to tree damage and power outages. Northern California will get in on the flood threat this weekend as the heaviest rain shifts south. Watch this video to see how much rain and snow could fall.
