The next arctic blast will drop low temperatures into record territory across the mid-Atlantic and Northeast by Friday morning. The I-95 corridor, including Boston, NYC, Philadelphia and DC will see lows drop into the teens and 20s and the wind chills will be even lower. The snow from Winter Storm Chan will stick around for a while as reinforcing shots of cold air continue to move in every few days.
