Lake Mead: ‘Dire Water Supply Situation’

Lake Mead is the country's largest reservoir and a crucial supplier of drinking water to millions in the West, located on the Nevada-Arizona border. It’s nearing a historic record low. Lake Mead hit its all-time low water level in 2022. And we’re just about 20 feet away from breaking that record. Since March 1, the reservoir has dropped nearly 10 inches.
