Roads Covered As Memphis Flooding Begins

Days of potentially “generational” heavy rain are underway in the Memphis, Tennessee, area, and that means roads are already going underwater. New video shows vehicles struggling to get through the floodwaters, which is always discouraged, but especially in the coming days. The city is expected to receive at least a half-foot of additional rain the rest of the week in what could become a regional flood disaster.
