Weather Buddies: 'Charlie'

Charlie is a 3-year-old Yorkie who lives in North Port, Florida. “He has been through hurricanes Ian, Helene & Milton. Charlie has been with me since he was 3 months old. He is my emotional support dog after losing my husband, two other Yorkies and surviving three major hurricanes. He is very smart and has a very nice personality. He loves to play and go for car rides. He also loves to snuggle. Charlie means the world to me.”
