PHOTOS: Winter Storm Titan Makes Its Way East

Winter Storm Titan moved its way East over the weekend.

Snow from the storm is expected to taper off today, with parts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York getting hit in the morning. West Virginia, northern Virginia, Maryland and Delaware will see precipitation much of the day today.
