Blood Moon Mesmerizes Millions During Total Lunar Eclipse: See The Views From Around The Globe

Millions of people around the world skipped sleep on Sunday night so they could witness the total lunar eclipse.

Blood Moon Total Eclipse Mesmerized Millions

While most of the Western Hemisphere missed out on Sunday night's total lunar eclipse, millions of stargazers around the world took their chairs, blankets, telescopes and binoculars outside, to see the rare "blood moon."

It was the second total lunar eclipse of 2025 and it did not disappoint. The full moon turned a deep hue of red as it was blanketed by Earth's shadow.
